How long will my order take to ship?
Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 5 business days from purchase. Delivery times vary and all orders are shipped by Australia Post. As a guide, most orders within Australia are usually delivered within 7 business days from post. For further estimates of Australia post delivery times please see the Australia Post website.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. For further details about our refund policy please see our Terms and Conditions.
Will my fabric bows come apart?
All fabric bows are hand stitched to ensure your bow stays as pretty as the day you purchased it. If by some chance any of your products from Bonnie and Harlo does come apart simply send us an image and we will happily replace your product. We guarantee our products 100%.
What age are my bows appropriate for?
The head bands are 'one size fits all' meaning they can be worn from newborn babes through to adult mumma's. Our hair ties are available in two sizes - the mini range suits from 0 - 3 years, all others are for 3 years and above.
Can my child wear the bows while they are sleeping?
We strongly advise to not allow your child to sleep while wearing a Bonnie and Harlo bow. While we go to great measures to ensure our products are safe, children should never be left wearing a headband unsupervised. For more information see our Terms and Conditions.
